Beef & Beans

2 1/2 lb. beef, trimmed of fat & cut into 3/4" pieces
1 can (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 1/2 oz) great Northern beans, rinsed & drained
2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes with garlic & onions, undrained

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, including salt & pepper to taste.

Cover. Cook on low 8 to 9 hrs.
