Beer Brisket


2 lg. onions, sliced
1 beef brisket (3-4 lb), trimmed of fat
1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
1/2 c. bottled chili sauce
2 t. dried steak seasoning


Mix beer, chili sauce & steak seasoning. Pour over onions & meat.

Cover. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.

To serve, remove meat frm cooking liquid. Thinly slice meat across grain.

Using a slotted spoon, remove onions from cooking liquid & place on top of meat.
