Dill-Lemon Chicken 1 c. fat-free sour cream 1 T. minced fresh dill 1 t. lemon-pepper seasoning 1 t. lemon zest 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves Combine sour cream, dill, lemon-pepper, & lemon zest. Spoon 1/4 of mixture into slow cooker Arrange chicken breast on top in single layer. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Spread evenly. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours. |
