Chile Orange Salad Dressing

This will be tried n true after supper tonight! Sounds like it will be a wonderful salad along with my chimichangas or any Mexican dish!

Chile Orange Salad Dressing

(makes 1/2C)

1/2t cumin
3/4t chili powder
1/4t salt
pepper
juice of one orange
1T fresh lemon or lime juice
1T finely sliced scallion
~3T olive oil

Put in a jar and shake!

Serve over a variety of lettuce
