1 Angel Food Cake Mix 1 6 oz strawberry Jell-O 2 pkgs instant Vanilla Pudding 3 cups boiling water 2 cups milk 1 lg pk strawberries 2 pints vanilla ice cream Bake angel food cake. Let cool. Break into pieces on bottom of pan. Make Jell-O (while cake is cooling) by using Jell-O and water. Stir while cooling so it doesn’t get too thick. Add strawberries when cool and stir. When Jell-O is ready, mix pudding and milk, beat till creamy, add ice cream and beat till mixed. Pour pudding/ice cream mixture over cake. Pour Jell-O over pudding layer. Smooth with spoon and refrigerate until serving. Grammy |

You refrigerate it? or freeze it? Is the ice cream just for flavor if it is to just be refrigerated? |

Sorry, I did not see your question sooner Sue... I keep it in the frig. Once the ice cream is mixed in it does not have to be frozen. But I guess you could, I just wouldn't. |
