Green Bean Salad

My Italian MIL made this for everything and it was always a hit! I have changed it a bit, to make it more healthy, as she used canned green beans and I steam fresh.....which, I think are much better.

Steam off fresh, snipped "tipped" green beans, and mix up your favorite vinaigrette dressing (Good Seasons and add MORE balsamic vinegar that oil) along w/ some fresh minced garlic......can add sliced mushrooms, MIL used sliced, drained, canned -- just more sodium, but works.......refrigerate till well chilled.........a few hours.
