Sweet Slow-Cooker Ribs
Yield: 3 racks ribs

Ingredients

2 tablespoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons cold water
1 (81/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 pounds baby back ribs (3 racks)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water; set aside.
2.In a small heavy saucepan, combine pineapple, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat on stovetop. Whisk in cornstarch mixture; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and let cool.
3.Sprinkle ribs evenly with salt and pepper. Place in racks in Crock Pot® Barbecue Pit Countertop Slow Roaster. Close lid and cook on High for 5 hours, basting with pineapple sauce once every hour.
