Personal public appearances are necessary, promoting the site via regional qualifiers and such as was done in the past. Specifically target the older generation. Chat room couldn't hurt. Deuces, ~Ody kirk lost interest, that's why the .com died we already have a chat room, its called the shoutbox if you mean ittd.com instead of itstimetoduel.com (the word would be domain by the way), I'll more than likely wait till my contract on itstimetoduel.net expires first (and yea, in retrospect, it would have been better to go with ittd.com from the get go), otherwise it's just throwing money away. as for public appearances, the closest tournament to me is in columbus and I don't drive (nor do I have a deck that's even remotely good enough to compete at that level) and the cost of building a deck of that calibur would be near impossible for me to do since I'm on an extremely limited income (hence why we're now on zetaboards instead of vbulletin), however, if anyone wants to advertize the site at tournaments (provided Konami doesn't finish the game off) I've been considering getting business cards (possibly magnets for novelty value) made up and truth be told, I'd be a little embarrassed to advertize this place till it's finished but the people who usually go GFX for me haven't been around so there aren't any banners yet Edited by I_Am_A_Noob, Dec 24 2008, 07:47 AM.
