A city by the ocean, famous for its beaches, its extensive museum, and its Blitzball Stadium. Only a half hour train ride from the Azgard, many Aesir come to spend their days off here, shopping and relaxing on the beach or enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The vast fields that stretch across most of the central and southern continent.

The base and academy of the Aesir. Usually abbreviated to "Azgard".

A city built inside a volcanic caldera. Thermal springs heat the beautiful and boiling landscape.

A peaceful town in a small forest to the west of Lake Levant. The trees here grow to enormous sizes, and many of the houses are built right into the trees. The breeze in this area is said to always be comforting - warm on cold days, and cool on warm days.

A lake created centuries ago after a meteor crashed into Terra and split Chernozem and Verendia into two forests. The impact crater filled with rainwater, and the lake was formed. Over time, a mighty river from flowed from Aiton Falls to the lake and then down to the coast, forming the continent's central waterway.

The immense forest that covers much of the Eastern side of Lemuria. The trees here are equally immense; and the canopy blocks out almost all light from reaching the forest floor. Inside the forest dwell exceedingly dangerous monsters, mutated by their isolation and the thick Miasma that once oozed throughout the forest.

Named for the large weeping willows that grow here, the wetlands border the eastern shore of Lemuria, separating Chernozem from the sea. The swamp, like the forest it borders, is constantly dark because of the enormous trees and thick canopy. Surprisingly, the wetlands are a very safe place and have few monsters. Groups of Lilties and Selkies have set up settlements around the sunken stone structures of ages past, constructing log bridges to get across the muck.

The extensive mountain range that divides Northern and Southern Lemuria.

A strange land composed of large floating castles and grassy platforms, primarily populated by Nephilim and Yukes. The Loftlands float freely around Lemuria; but have never crossed the Lemurian border to drift over the sea.

A twisted black tower just off the northwestern coast of Lemuria. The bizarre curvature and sharp juts of the tower give is a warped, distorted appearance. There is no visible way to enter the tower...

The "City of Gold", El Dorado is the largest city on Terra. Known for many things, not the least of which are its booming business districts, several dozen Mark Hunting guilds, and casino and red-light districts.

An enormous underwater city between Termina and Mu. Over half of the Saltwater-dwelling Mer population call Atlantis their home.

An island with a thick swamp encircling it. As the name suggests, the swamp is littered with the wreckage of ships that tried to pass through its treacherous and monster-infested waters. The center of the island is full of crumbling structures that lead down into ruins still inhabited by the mechanical servants of the Precursors.

The capital city of Firenze and a canal city rich in history, art and tradition. Widely regarded as the most beautiful city on Terra, and one of the most-visited places on the planet, especially during its famed Carnevale.

The first circle of Makai, the void where the Demon Tribe was banished to after the great war long ago. Limbo is the only part of Makai that has a natural connection to Terra, a vortex that opens up at the top of the Temen-ni-gru. Unlike the rest of Makai - chunks of land floating in a red-tinted void and constantly drizzling - Limbo is a seemingly endless cavern system. Following any of its twisting, winding, branching tunnels to their end will bring you to the second circle.

This circle of Makai is plagued by strong winds that can easily send you plummeting into the void if you're not careful. The Succubi and Incubi Demon Clans were born here.

The third circle of Makai, where the rain is harder and colder than the rest of the realm. This is the only region of Makai where a shadow of Himiko, Terra's crimson mood, can be seen. The Vampires, one of the three clans of Demon Nobility, were born here.

This circle of Makai is where the Demon tribe originally settled, and where the crumbling remains of their original society are slowly turning to dust. Now it is almost entirely uninhabited, save for a few solitary Demons who have nowhere else to go.

While the rest of Makai (save for Limbo) is comprised floating chunks of land, Anger is a single, very large chunk with a murky river running across it, an inexhaustible source of water pouring off into the void. This river is known as Styx, and it is where the Demons lay their dead to rest.

The sixth circle of Makai, and where the Demons imprisoned criminals of their Tribe in tombs.

This circle of Makai has dense forests that grow from its floating landmasses, although the trees are unlike any on Terra. In this region of Makai, the Demons can see a shadow of Terra's silver moon, Tsuki. The Lycan clan was born here.

This rocks in this circle are rich with strange ores, and it is here the Demons mined for materials with which to construct their homes.

The deepest reaches of Makai, and ironically, the brightest, being the only place in the void where a shadow of Terra's sun is visible. The Seraphim were born here and here, most still dwell.

Beneath your feet, a shallow pool of myrrh stretches as far as the eye can see. Above you, a serene and peaceful sky, simultaneously night and day, dawn and dusk. Around you are Myrrh trees and Myrrh-bearing flowers, and at the very center of Eden lies Yggdrasil, the Tree of Life, the first and greatest of the Myrrh Trees.
