Quoting limited to 3 levels deepsmall black borders.
How is it a portable Wii... you know... without motion controls?

Given up? Yeah, I think Fire Emblem, Punch-Out, Sin and Punishment 2, and Mario & Luigi 3 want a word with you... not to mention a ton of others.
Motion controls were a gimmick at best. Stylus is about the same amount of innovation.

I'm talking about channels, features no "average" person would care about (Camera, Internet, etc.)

I've never liked Fire Emblem, I have little to no hopes for Punch-Out being any better than wii boxing, Mario & Luigi 3 will likely feel like Mario & Luigi 2, Pikmin 3-- OH WAIT, PIKMIN 1!

I have no idea what Sin and Punishment is. >.>
Apps =/= channels... I mean like the stuff they have on the iTunes App Store.

Pikmin 3 =/= Pikmin 1... that's completely different. You're thinking about the crapload of games they're going to re-release for Wii with motion controls; Metroid Prime 1 + 2, DK Jungle Beat, Pikmin 1 + 2, Chibi Robo, etc...

D: Go find out right now!

Edit - But just because you "don't like" certain games doesn't mean Nintendo has abandoned the hardcore... what do you want them to do? Honestly... there is no satisfying Nintendo fans. Which is why I've stopped hyping up conferences and stuff.

I want them to stop making games based on waggle. It doesn't work. I want them to stop putting all their time and resources (as well as Miyamoto's talent) into making a game that is more reminiscent of a player piano.

Basically, I want them to make decent games like they did a decade ago and give up on this "casual" shit. Nobody cares, it's just a phase.

Yeah, Wii Music is terrible, I'll give you that.

But the games I mentioned aren't very "waggle" oriented... in fact I'm pretty certain Punch-Out will have classic controller support (don't quote me on that though). Some more games that have nothing to do with gimmicks:

Gyakuten Kenji (Phoenix Wright game starring Edgeworth)
Couple of new "main series" Tales of games for Wii
Another Code: R for Wii (sequel to Trace Memory for DS)
Klonoa: Door to Phantomile for Wii (remake of original)
Fragile for Wii (absolutely beautiful art)
Oboro Muramasa for Wii (2D sidescroller, same comment as above)

etc...

See the whole thing about it that I see is there is no point anymore... The Wii is overall inferior. It's a catch 22, Waggle is a gimmick, but if a game doesn't center around it, or, like brawl, gives you the option of forgetting it altogether... why is it on the Wii to begin with?

Because, you know, there's also pointing and IR... which is not waggle. And I think that's going to be the focus for a lot of Wii titles now, especially adventure games.

Also, lest we forget about Conduit and MadWorld... and Castlevania DS... and Chrono Trigger DS... no, there's plenty of stuff coming out...

Pointing? Yeah I guess if you're perfectly centered in the room... Have you ever tried playing a four player pointing game? It's nearly impossible. Whoever is in the sweet spot wins basically, because they have the only controller which is working the way it should.

Lets not forget WiiMotionPlus, the peripheral to make the Wii do what it was supposed to do in the first place.

All my friends don't understand that it all matters where you are. All of em are lazy bums and sit on my bed diagonally from the motion thing.
