In a popular vote contest for the right to take on TNA Women's Champion Awesome Kong at the first ever live TNA Impact broadcast on Spike TV TNA Knockout Gail Kim lost out by approximately 500 votes to ODB who in turn was beaten by Awesome Kong as Kong retained the TNA Women's title. Over 11,000 votes were cast by TNA Knockout fans.

ODB might have won but i'm not letting that bother me since ODB won the vote fairly and it's an indicator of her popularity in the division. I think if Gail could not win it, then ODB had to be the next logical choice. Tonight and tomorrow represent the next round of tapings. I can't wait for that. |
