Hello, I have a user that in a Domain environment. He has a Dell Precision T3610. Issue: The computer will randomly freeze up and the user cannot interact with it. Workaround the user found was to hit the power button, put it in Hybernation mode, then take it out of Hybernation, which makes his desktop "unfreeze"NOW for the wrench in the system: I just found out that if his PC is in this "Frozen" state, that I can actually remote in and interact with his desktop no problem! (he still cannot)- He can see me moving the mouse though. I need some out of the box thinking on this one lol, I've updating Windows fully, along with all of the hardware's firmware. I also scanned for Malware, cleaned up temp/cache, scanned all of the hardware for issues... updated the BIOS. Idea's please? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
