Site Guidelines; -the rules & regulations of full circle-

1. Follow The Rules:First and foremost, please respect and follow the rules and guidelines set by the staff here at Full Circle. This means, please take the time to read them and the other important threads located in the handbook. If you have disregarded and ignored the rules on numerous occasions, you will be warned. If the behavior continues, it is probable that you will be banned or even deleted, depending on the situation.

2. Respect: Treat others with respect at all times! Everyone deserves respect. Try to remember that nobody, NOBODY likes to be picked on, flamed, made fun of, or brought down for any reason. If you find yourself at odds with a member in the site, please remember that we are allowed to agree to disagree. Keep it civil. We are a forum family here, so let me state this once more: PLEASE BE NICE TO ONE ANOTHER! If a problem shall get out of hand between you and another member, please PM a staff member and let us handle it.

3. No Stealing: Please do not steal. Stealing is a crime, and it will only raise trouble. We like to keep things drama-clean here at Full Circle, so if you feel that we've stolen something from you, please let us know and we will right the situation. People work hard on their posts and graphics, and even the rules you're reading now, so please do not steal them and claim them as your own for use on another site.

4. Rating: This is important. Why? Because I won't be held responsible for any hurt feelings nor will I sympathize to those of you who feel the content is inappropriate and somehow managed to miss this in the rules. We are rated R if this is too much for you, please don't join. We do not support sex scenes or other pornographic material. The R is for violence and gore, mature themes.

5. Activity: Please stay active! We really enjoy having company around here, and most sites today just die. We want to be an active community, so we request that you do not join if you know in advance that you cannot be active. We are working to avoid dying anytime in the near future, and we are a very new forum, and can always use as many loyal members as we can get. We thank you for showing an interest. Please do not be one of those members that registers and never posts anything. Those get deleted here.

6. Age Restrictions: You must be over 13 to join any board hosted by Zetaboards as it is in their Terms of Service. Here we are rated R which means you should not join if you are under 18 years old in some countries. Please do not lie about your age.

7. Joining & Registration Process: You must be ACCEPTED before making posts in the role play sector. The application is just part of character development and will double as your characters profile/biography. Please take a moment to fill it out. There is absolutely no character limit, though for every 3 females you play, you must play a male.

First read the rules, if you're reading this you must have figured that part out... Register with your characters first and last name in LOWERCASE letters. We ask for profile purposes that you only have one middle name. It is rather inconvenient to get stuck on a really long name (IE- John Jakob-Jinglehiemer IwishIcouldsingbutI'machipmunkonhelium Smith) I'm sure with that example you can see how a middle name could be annoying. Follow the template in the application page to apply. As I've stated before it doesn't take long, and it will double as your character profile.

8. Posting Guidelines: This set of rules is easy enough to understand:
Role play guidelines: Minimum post length=100 words, or one paragraph = 4 sentences, if you do not use a word counter. We really aren't fond of one word to one sentence replies. God-Modding will not be tolerated, and for the love of everything holy please keep phrases such as "lol" or "omg" or anything else chat-speak out of role play posts. It will not be tolerated, and will earn you warnings, and possibly bans/deletion. Chat speak is allowed only in general chat, or in the shoutbox. Please keep it out of role play posts, it's a huge "no-no". Members must have one male for every three female characters they play. They will not be allowed a fourth character if they do not comply with this rule, and their male must be active.

Label your posts since we are a mature site, we do need to label what content is where.
Simply include one of these tags in your topic title when necessary. If there's no questionable content, don't place a label.
For example: Topic title - [R] war ensues

[c] - stands for 'caution' in case there is cussing or anything rated PG13
[R] - anything that includes rated 'R' content such as violence or drinking.
[M] - basically means that if you can't handle it, don't read it.

9. Character Restrictions:
1. Once a character dies, they are dead, unless you okay your plan with a staff member.
2. No GOD characters, every character has as many weaknesses as they do strengths. No more than 3 abilities.
3. NOT everyone will get an ULTRA-RARE ability. If they were widespread, they would not be rare. More potent abilities will be left for key and plot characters.
4. No quick fixes in plots, it ruins the fun for others. Even if you have that super massive ability you can't always use it.
5. You cannot always win.

10. Graphics: Sadly we regret to inform you that you will not be permitted, to use animated art or any form of art in your avatars and banners, unless YOU MADE IT YOURSELF, a lot of artists have problems with their art being used without permission, and this can get us in trouble. Instead, we offer a face-claim program here using real faces (be it yours or a celebrities) Each character is allowed one face, but you may change it later if you so desire, so long as nobody else is using it. There will be no double claims unless you are a twin. Avatars must be 100x100 pixels or 160x250 pixels, and Banners may not be larger than 500-200 pixels. Thank you.

11. Rabid Squirrel: This is your password to your application process, it means that you have read and understand the rules. Thank you for your time.
