From time to time characters are given up, along with their histories, and are sometimes given up for adoption. Sometimes someone gets nice and makes an adoptable character too.

As you know, from reading the rules, not everyone can have the same Ultra-Rare abilities. Here is the archives of the mutations that are all ready in use by other members, and of course anything under Ultra-Rare can be shared. Rare abilities are hard to share, but if you're lucky it can be done. Read through the abilities before attempting to claim one, as there are still the rules to be followed.

The fates temple is a mediation ground in which will occasionally summon tribes when matters of importance are in need of discussion. It also serves as a neutral zone to different tribes to mediate, form agreements, packs, truces and treaties. Occasionally an unidentified spiritual summon will be made from this location, usually before times of crisis.

With the amount of deaths that all ready affected man-kind, there is a pact between tribes stating that if things need to be taken out in battle, it would only be done so on unclaimed lands to spare collateral damages. The agreement has been followed without fail for approximately 1000 years, and this barren wasteland will continue to serve as the battlefield.

Little had it been known these ruins were spawned from the primordial chaos. Deep beneath even the darkest parts of the earth, it has remained hidden and veiled for a long time. A miasma very similar to the clock towers surrounds this location and serves as a strong protective barrier. One may enter, but cannot pass the main doors, it awaits the key. (Key bearer, to be announced.)

A mysterious old clock tower is visible in the center of this mysterious ruin. Anything behind this veil appears to be in gray scale, and this ruin showed up only after the nuclear invasion. Protected by a dark veil, nobody can gain entry, though there are figures behind the miasma. Whatever lives behind the barrier seems to be unaffiliated and unaffected by the outside world.

Anything that happens in the outside world, outside of the refuges of the tribes, can be found here in this board. The remains of the human world is skeletal, tall buildings are leaning over, and debris is still scattered anywhere you go. You might stumble upon a few skeletons, though most of the bodies were burned and disposed of closer to the cataclysmic events.

The vanguard base is built into a tall skeletal series of sky scrapers somewhat intact. They have constructed wooden bridges from scraper to scraper, and have fortified them to the best of their abilities to prevent collapsing. The windows were replaced with wooden shudders, railings or wrought iron stuffs to prevent accidents. Outside they use vehicle remains for marketing purposes.

From the outside, rope bridges hang over the streets of the plaza made to connect building to building. Overall, Babylon was left a ruined city, it was not repaired, however still lived in. The vehicle wreckage was still in use, but drawn by the very few pack animals, teams of critters that have mutated and grown over the millenia of radiation.

Every couple of floors in the skeletal skyscrapers of Babylon have small personally owned markets, bazaars and other stores. The doors are boarded up with wooden barricades to prevent theft at night while the residents of Babylon protect their homes from the night dwellers of the Miasma, and the undead.

The not so small, not so out of the way, garage, foundry, and science lab for Babylon. It's most promising advancement has been the dirigible, more commonly known as a blimp, that is the first form of passenger-aircraft since before the apocalypse. This is most likely Babylon's biggest pride, working on ways to improve science and living conditions.

This particular "lair" is located in Babylon's largest, and most in tact, structure. The only building that underwent extra ramifications, also doubles as a restaurant, a theater, a home to all of the residents, and much much more. This building is the home to Babylonian entertainment, even in the darkness one must have some light to survive.
