Do you stock up on anything?

I was watching a show last week. And this one woman stocked up on paper products. In her case it was more like hording because she filled a shower, from the bottom to up over the glass shower doors with TP, napkins, and paper towels. It was amazing.

Now I have been getting better at couponing and I have been stocking up on shampoos, deodorants, soaps, and cleaning products. I share my supplies with my oldest son and neighbors.

Do you stock up on anything, and what do you do with your stock pile?

I buy a lot at Amazon and it's sold in bulk. I've really built up a stockpile of organic mixes, etc. Anything with flour (cookie mixes, etc.) is stored in the freezer. I used to use coupons to stock up on toothpaste, shampoo, etc. and am STILL using that stockpile, even though I started buying organic a year ago. LOL...I think I have enough soap and shampoo to last the rest of my life.

We also try to keep a good stock of dog and cat food, but 14 dogs can go through food really fast!

Paper products. Toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates and napkins. I'm not obsessive but I have enough to last a few months. I wait until the price is right and I buy. If I stock up on too many other things, they expire before I ever use them.

I try to keep a good supply of cereal on hand, when I catch good deals and have wonderful coupons. However the kids seem to go through it rather quickly.

I am still getting the hang of being a "coupon shopper", you know with my binder all categorized (and yes I won't go into any store without my binder). I would love to get my pantry over flowing. Less worries.

Paper products, all kinds of personal care items, canned goods, or basically any non perishable food item when I catch it on sale. Household cleaning products. OTC meds, bandaids.

School supplies. I buy them every year, even though I probably already have enough to last several years. I usually keep a lot here so that when Christmas time comes around, I can throw some of those items in the packages for the child we adopt from angel tree each year.

I've been doing a lot of couponing myself lately. Speaking of which, I just cleaned out my coupon holder yesterday and have enough to do another coupon train.

The commissary just had their case lot sale so I have about a years worth of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I have enough toilet paper and paper towels to last until the end of the year. (At least!) I also have about 6 cans of Febreze Air Effects, 4 bottles of laundry detergent and 3 bottles of fabric softener.

ETA: I forgot to mention the tons of cereal we have. All name brand! Six boxes of strawberry shredded wheat, 2 boxes of Special K and a case of the big single serve boxes and the cereal cost me less than $30.

For some reason I can never find great deals for me to stock up on paper products or toothpaste. I am set on shampoos and bar soap though.

Add me to the stockpiler, I try and keep at least a years worth of toilet paper, toothpastes, shampoo etc...I like to buy stuff when I have coupons that make them next to free.

Amazon just had a great sale where with a code you got stuff for 55% off. I got 96 single servings of cereal, 6 bags of laffy taffy and 24 boxes of pop tarts for about 50 bucks and all with free shipping.

I found a tub of school supplies I forgot about today. I have tons of paper and pencils. Probably enough for the next two years.
