The city of Byzatinum is the finest in the sky; ruled by a monarchy that has been in place for three generations. Their fleet is a superior one, known to be brutal and ruthless to their enemies and Sky Pirates, yet the city is magnificent, breeding many Pilots and Knights.

Xian Citadel
The Xian Citadel was formerly occupied by Byzatinum rule, however due to an uprising of Sky Pirates and the citizens they managed to seize the Citadel and claim it their own. Now, Xian is a free-state, run by a faction of eight pirate "kings" of the sky.
