Erm.. Cluck?
|
Is it a fad in Britain to hate Americans? I was just wondering, as pretty much everyone I know in real life does. Me, personally, I like Americans, and some of my best online friends are from the US. What is your opinion? |

I am pretty oblivious to it right now. All my British friends don't mind me. I'm sure there are a few Americans that don't like British people, but honestly, I love the Brits. B) Canadians are a different topic, but America and Canada have a weird bit like this. some C hate A, and some C love A, and vice-versa to put it shortly. |

I hate Americans. And I'm one of them. My suggestion is that the Northeast, Florida, California, and the Northwest join together to create our own country called "New America". That would make me feel much better.

I don't HATE them, but some are a bit eccentric... And they seem to think Britain is a small community... I went to florida once, and a shopkeeper asked me if I had met the queen lately ![]() When I said I had never met her in my life, he seemed a bit disillusioned. |

I didn't think it was that easy to meet the queen. I understand that there must be a palace, right? hahahaha. And... yeah. Dante seems like one of the stranger of us. XD |

To say the least, I think it's all just to do with stereotype and ignorance, plus a little past experience. A lot of people just don't like people from other places, for their own bizarre reason. *shrugs for lack of better words* |
