Rollin leaned against the building, watching the sun go down. He was dressed simply for the night, dark colored blue jeans, a studded belt, and a black t-shirt half tucked in. His hair, which was messily dropping into his face, almost obscuring his glittering green eyes. The people that glanced at him would wonder about those eyes, almost shining cat like in the darkness, but they would probably attribute it to the scene. Fry Club was known for its lights. Glow in the dark contact lenses, maybe. His ears were also pierced, seven times in total, a single ring gracing one eyebrow. Around his neck was a multicolored glow in the dark necklace. Protruding from his pockets were glow sticks, still inactivated.

He sighed, glancing at the sun again. Where was she? He looked at his watch, the wristband thick and studded like his belt, She was late. Whenever she was late, Rollin worried. There was so much she could get into without him there to watch out for her...

Soft steps were heard down the street as the petite form of Emireth was finally seen, approaching the club in an attempt to run but instead succeeding in looking like a child about to topple over. Even so the femme seemed to be in one of her rare good moods. She caught up with Rollin, looking around ad punching him on the shoulder. ’You’re late Rollin.” She said seriously while linking her arm with his and attempting to draw the much larger male inside.

The femme attracted a lot of looks in her attire. A black tulle short skirt peaked from under a pink one that seemed to be made of the same material. Black and pink stripped thigh highs encompassed her legs, being accompanied by knee high combat boots. A black leather corset was on her and it was obvious that the bra she had decided to wear was pink, as she didn’t even bother to conceal the straps. Her hair was up in two pigtails and small falls hung from each.

Even though they were an odd pair, the two adored each other as if they were siblings. She smiled up at him and squeezed his arm, the adrenaline from the club beginning to take its toll on the femme.

Rollin glared at his tiny friend, but allowed himself to be pulled inside. He grabbed a glowstick from his pocket, snapping it to activate its colors, and popping it in his mouth while he snapped and shook a second one. He handed the second over to Em, figuring she probably wouldn't want the one he'd been chewing on. The club was just getting into the swing of things, the DJ introducing the next song. In the relative quiet of this, Rollin managed to yell, "Go get us some drinks and I'll see if I can find somewhere for us to sit!" He knew Em wouldn't be sitting for long, but Rollin didn't like to dance as much as she did. He also didn't have her seemingly boundless energy.

As the music started, pressing on his ear drums, he found a couch, a leather affair with a low table in front of it that was unoccupied. He sat himself down while others looked on in dismay. Obviously, they wanted this spot, but weren't about to ask him to leave. However, as foreboding as Rollin might appear, he was actually one of the nicest people you'd ever know.

Emireth grinned at him as she nodded and strutted off. She knew why she was given job of getting the drinks. Em knew where to get things, how to get them, and wasn't scared of showing a little character to get what she wanted. She didn't even have to note that Rollin hadn't give her any money for the drinks, as it had become harder to con her best friend out of money after he began to realize she knew how to get free drinks. The injustice of being the weaker sex. Emireth mentally shook her fist in Rollin's general direction, wherever the bastard was.

She arrived to the bar and leant forward, attempting to put her most innocent look at the bartender. It was honestly all a game by now as Rollin and her had been frequents at the bar when they both lived in Fallen Chance. Emireth herself had been a major source of income and advertisement for a couple of years. She grinned at the bartender as she caught his attention. "Jarred, you know you want to give me something good and strong." She didn't even have to pout before she had a drink shoved at her from some part of the bar. She remembered Rollin vaguely saying something about getting him a drink and decided to ignore the fact that Rollin had the tendency of not drinking. "Can you make that two?"

She waved herself through the crowd, holding the drinks over the dancing masses until she found Rollin lounging. She giggled and sat on him, putting the two drinks on the table and glaring at the people who had been staring at Rollin. Even though Rollin was the bigger of the two, the one most people had the sense to keep their distance from was Emireth. She was the smaller of the two but she was the the most violent, volatile, and deceitful of the two.

ooc; I hope you guys don't mind me joining you. ^^

The mutli-colored flicker of lights cast deceitful shadows upon the club's inhabitants, shielding one particular young girl who sat at the bar. The stool beneath her swiveled dangerously, fingertips running along the damp glass that sat before her, on the verge of being empty. This strangely colored drink had followed quite a few, her obvious lack of being the appropriate age hadn't struck and worry with either the doorman or the bartender, it seemed. A pair of sweet, flashing eyes and a vulnerable smile went a long way in this establishment.

Pulled from her solitary recluse momentarily by a familliar sensation, her gaze flickered to rest upon two she knew. From school. Em and Rollin were nice enough, and heaven knows they were enjoying themselves, something she vaguely envied them for. Watching for their color, she silently wondered if it would differ from the faint pink that glowed around most of the customers in this bar, attraction. A bright yellow flashed momentarily from Em, confidence. And Rollin? The absense of color urged her to guess he was relaxed, comfortable. A dangerous choice.

Turning so that her back fell against the bar behind her for support, she momentarily craved the familliar surroundings of her dorm room. Something held her here though, the longing of change, perhaps the tempting call of liquor. Either way, her feet remained, ankles crossed absently, dark skirt and white blouse quite the choice amongst the flashy, sparkling clothing.

Rollin quickly saved his drink from Em, who plopped down on him without a care in the world. He tasted it, grimaced at the liquor, and sat it down on the table in front of him. "You couldn't have got me like, a soda or something, could you?" He demanded, faking a disgruntled attitude. However, Rollin failed in the drama department.

He noticed his best friend glaring down the onlookers, and grinned. Always the peace keeper, it was Rollin's job to keep his friend's temper in check. For the most part, he was good at his job, almost always able to diffuse any tense situation with a careful joke or remark. "Ah, jealous, Em? I can't help it that all everybody in this place wants a piece of me. I'm just that good." He relaxed, hands behind his head, grinning impishly.

Movement at the bar caused his eyes to drift over. Someone from the school was there. He hadn't seen her often, and was quite surprised to find her out here tonight. Always willing to help pick up a stray, Rollin nudged Em. "Hey, isn't that Alex? That quiet girl? Go get her. Poor thing, looks kinda lost." He frowned, concerned.

Emireth raised an eyebrow at Rollin and laughed at his question, shaking her head. ”Soda is for pussies or pregnant women. As my best friend, you are allowed to be neither. She was convinced of her logic. ”So drink up and let the joy spread. She grinned at him, though it was obvious she was still keeping an eye out for those that surrounded them. She didn’t trust people eyeing them. It was rather often that someone would try to pick a fight with Rollin and Em end up beating them down.

She sipped on her drink, grinning when she felt the warmth that was so common in alcohol. Oh how did the female love her booze. Rollin’s response immediately calmed her down, the way she relaxed being obvious to anyone who was watching. It was a good thing she had Rollin around, otherwise she would be much more volatile than she already was. She leant back into Rollin, moving so she felt more comfortable and sighed in contentment. The female was aware that people could easily get the wrong impression of Rollin and her being acquainted in another way rather than them just being very close friends. She could care less for it was neither of her concern nor something important to the femme.

Em tilted her head to a side and listened to Rollin’s petition. Even though the girl would have normally said no and stayed in her spot, she actually thought about it for a second. ’Why not?’ She was normally bad when it came to new people but she knew more alcohol was waiting for her whenever she finished the glass she had, so she might as well go for it. The fem rose and nodded at Rollin, smiling and weaving through the people to get to the girl.

Emireth hadn’t seen much of her at school, but it was a well-known fact that Emireth was oblivious to everything that happened around her. She grinned, clutching to her drink and taking a swing of it every now and then, as she made sure the dancing bodies didn’t jostle her. She was going to break someone’s nose if someone made her spill her drink.

She finally got to arrive to the bar once again and she looked at the girl. ”I’m Em. Want to join us? We have room and we’re not moronic like most.” As it was stated before, Em wasn’t good with new people.

Alex was admittedly drifting amongst her thoughts, a bad habit of hers. She really only spoke with her best friend these days, and as she heard the other female speak to her, it took a few moments for it to actually sink in that she was being spoken to, and should repsond accordingly. Watching the other for a moment, she was almost disappointed at the lack of color, seeing the same as she glanced to Rollin, she felt empty whenever she couldn't read one's emotions, guess at their thoughts. Being on a level playing field did not sit well with her.

"Sure thing, if you don't mind. I'm Alex, by the way." was her soft reply, loud enough to carry as a faint smile managed to captivate her expression, a twist in her features that had not been present lately. Standing, one hand smoothed the side of her skirt absently as she waited to follow Em. She was pleasantly surprised by her approach, if a bit blunt, and refused to let herself decline. She had made little, if no, effort to reach out to the group lately, and a stubborn set of mind propelled her to actually attempt this tonight.

There sure was a reason she had stayed.
A subconscious longing for company, perhaps? Pushing aside that alternative, she silently wondered of her two companions. They seemed nice enough, interesting company at the least. Although their names were fresh on her mind from having heard of them, she couldn't remember their abilities for the life of her. Abilities. That's what they called it, to sound normal. Or, to attempt to .
