Although i hvent gotten very far into it, i can easily see Monkey D. Luffy and Naruto have similar dreams. Luffy to be the King of the Pirates, and Naruto to be Hokage. The characters in One Piece are out there, but not completely overpowered like ive seen in Naruto. As much as i love NAruto, i gotta say One Piece/Pirates
