We have a few rules on our forum and hope that it will be no problem for you to follow...don't worry, its not all that bad. When using our board we please do not want any advertisements, we are not a free ad zone for your websites. If violated your post will be deleted ASAP and if continued to violate will result in a band ect. All though we are community for all games and consoles ect. We would like to keep language to a minimum as our board is open to all ages our terms allow us to. No second moderators. This one is a big one on our board. No Second moderation means that: 'If you don't have the authority to edit topics, warn members, and band ect. you have no hold on admin/mod/staff situations' EXAMPLE: USER1: I think xbox is a good console USER2: You should have posted this in the 'Consoles' Section. <---A Big NO NO. Please refrain from this behavior. We understand that members will get confused and post in the wrong forum. Just PM a Moderator/Staff member about it, and say that it should be moved. These are very important rules and guidelines. At EyE-Games, allot of gaming and copyrighted content is displayed and used legally. Some content is copyright by EyE-Games and others by there respectful owners. To keep everything available for you to enjoy LEGALLY you must Obey the terms. By logging on to EyE-Games forums and any other owned content you agree to the following: 1. All content created by EyE-games is © by EyE-Games.(such as the website) You are not to use it without administrative contact and an OK by the administrator/creator. 2. In our music MP3 player: All songs are © by their owners and are not to be tampered with or downloaded at any consent. All music has been used or purchased legally for your listening enjoyment. 3. Game characters used in EyE-Games banners and art work are © by the rightful industry and owners of the art. EyE-Games dose not own or sell industry art work, and are not to be downloaded at ALL. 4. Privacy There are a few fields while registering that allows a quick and easy way for other gamers to become friends with you on networks such as Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. These fields are optional fields to fill out and are not necessary. If you feel you would rather conceal this information, feel free! We are also not responsible for any actions by other members outside of the EyE-Games community websites. So take caution when sharing your Gamertags ect. The best way to let others know that you would like to share your Gamertags and ID's is to fill-in the Fields with 'Ask me' so that members will send you a PM asking you if its ok to have your Gamertags. If you are under 13 Years old You are not allowed to share any personal information such as IM, E-Mails, Phone Numbers or any other contact information!
