When graphics card is installed pc doesn't turn on

Hi,

At first I thought my PSU failed but then I tested it and it worked just fine. I plugged every cable 1 by 1 back in and everything worked fine until I plugged my graphics card in then the lights of my motherboard turned on for a splitsecond and then shut off again (just like a short circuit). Is my graphics card broken or is it another problem? Any information is appriciated.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
