Well, I myself am not a tester but I do know that you guys are thinking about implanting skill books again. If you guys really are implanting them again. Then I have a quick question. When I read some guides on basilmarket, I found out that some skillbooks already have skill points in them. For example marksman boost already has 10 points in it.
I'm not 100% sure if this is true. But if it is, I would also like that implanted. Or we would be weaker than the GMS 4th jobbers at lvl 120 already.

And if I'm wrong about everything then you can close the topic :D

Each class gets 3 core skills + MW which they can put points into straight away.
For example:
Paladins get Blast, Achilles, Monster Magnet and Maple Warrior with a max level of 10. You need to use skillbooks to get them up to 20/30.
All the other skills, like rush and stance, require quests to get them to 10 then books to get them to 20/30

Well, I know how how skillbooks work but, I read a guide on basilmarket that seemed to take it for granted that there are 10 points in marksman boost when you advance. But as I said, I could've misread or the guide maker simply made a mistake.

Oh and if we are really going to get skillbooks, we will need horntail as it is the only monster that gives lvl 20 MW and some other skillbooks
