Zane’s Funeral Service Posted by: admin Zane’s funeral service was very nice. You may go to this link and watch the recording of the live internet feed from yesterday. Unfortunately, the first ten minutes are missing, but it is still an excellent service. Thank you to all who showed up to speak and remember Zane Hodges and to honor the work he has done for the Free Grace movement. Please keep Bob Wilkin in your prayers today as well. The stress from the past week has caught up with him a little and he is feeling another possible kidney stone coming on. Comments: 1. Lon Zane spoke in death as in life; very inspirational. Appreciated your participation, Bob. God sustain you and lead you! December 3rd, 2008 at 4:22 pm 2. Diane Bob is much in our prayers. We love him like we do Zane. Two major things we will always remember about Zane Hodges. 1. He knew the scriptures and was so very careful to be true to every detail as he understood it. 2. He was a humble man who cared about ordinary people as well as seminary professors, and he loved them all. He was a beautiful example of Jesus words in the Upper Room Discourse….. John 13:34-35….. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” Dale and Diane December 4th, 2008 at 7:51 pm |
