Miya shifted back as the incubus let a feeling of shame wash over him. He certainly didn’t like that feeling. That was a strange attribute for a demon to have and Miya found himself wondering how many demons could project their emotions into others, it was almost like a form of mind control if you really thought about it. “I can swim in it…” He could always swim in this lack...the acid didn’t even disturb his clothes...the lack knew it was him and did everything to protect him it seemed.

Soon Miya became re-enveloped in the idea of demon mind control through emotion again...it would be a rather valuable talent if they could do it, but he was pretty sure they couldn’t.

He was so distracted that when Hiroto asked his question, Miya almost couldn’t hear it and he looked over with a sort of ‘oh shit’ face before figuring out the question.

“You answered that question yourself...you came here often long ago...I’ve been here for centuries...Thats how.”

He shook his head. Duh the other could swim in it, he owned the lake, belonged to it and he was kind of the master of the lake. It would only make sense that he could touch and swim and get into the lake. He wondered softly if the other man was stupid, or if he was just having a moment, but decided not to say anything about it. He yawned and strtched, moving to sit on the cold ground of the lake's shore.

He looked up at the Kappa, "But I know I've never seen you before, Miya-sama." He said, his eyes full of confusion and uncertainty. He wasn't sure what would make the othe rman seem so familiar to him.

"No, you haven't..."Miya sighed, walking forward and closing the gap between the two of them. He couldn't help but eye the demon up and down. This one had indeed been to his lake before. "But I saw you."

He could only remember bits and pieces of the many beings that visited his lake, even before the war. He remembered not liking this one...for some strange reason. With a scoff Miya rolled his eyes and walked past the Incubus, completely out of his lake.

It felt, alien. He normally stayed a few feet from it, but now he was walking from the glass polluted sands into the dead grass that surrounded it. Miya felt like going for a walk...which he'd never done. "That shouldn't surprise you." He finally grunted, now a good distance away from his lake.
