Diet always impact on our personality and we should try to eat fresh and natural food like Green vegetables and fruits. Vegetables not only help in losing and maintaining body weight but also improve immunity system and prevent from certain types of cancer, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and heart disease Because vegetables has very low calories so that if we want to live healthy then eat simple and healthy food.
