It seems like such a poor choice to charge a target audience aged 13-24 for online content when they've basically spent their lives finding audio for free--I'm sure they're able to find things out there. I have closed off and realizable sources so I haven't gone out to the greater internet for ages to look for shows when I want some, but it seems like the better strategy is to slap some advertising on the thing and make them super easy to get instead of charging a subscription that no one will pay for. Even Google ads would probably net them more $. Of course the record labels haven't figured this out yet either so radio will stay eons behind. |

I remember Anderson posting on one of Drew's bulletins that they weren't happy about it. My guess is Adam would have mixed feelings. He was always upset the producers didn't do more with the show in way of promoting, merchandise, etc. I doubt he'd be the first to raise this idea though. But this isn't England, Emma. We don't all fly around on unicorns and give free medical help to wise guys who think they're sick! |

I hope you don't give me a timeout, as was administered so swiftly to you over there. |

I miss the show. I refuse to pay for it though. I don't like Stryker enough. And you're right Emma - this show was meant to be a public service to young kids - it should be free! There are PLENTY of other shows out there for free...what makes Loveline so special?? |

It has sex appeal I guess. I dunno, things like that make me so angry. They could so easily get a sponsor for the podcasts so why don't they? |

If the show was still Adam and Drew I'd probably pay to listen to it. But now, that's okay. I listen to Dr. Drew Live most days so it's not like I'm not being a fan of his anymore. |

I would totally pay (a reasonable amount) to hear Adam and Drew. You couldn't pay me to listen to Drew and Stryker though. |

It seems like Dr. Drew Live was sort of Drew's way of separating himself from Stryker and taking more intelligent calls. Although, didn't he have a day time show a few years ago? I remember a really awkward snap-shot style video of him answering radio calls on his Strictly Sex show a few years ago. |
