reaching hit cap is verry important and we need to start working on getting everyone to that point because hit cap is about 40% of ur DPS and for most classes that is around 200hit/spell hit. also we need to work on gearing up the healers and tanks we have if we plan on starting 25mans any time soon we need all healers to have at least 1400+heal and 150MP5 wile casting for gruuls and 1600+heal and 160-170MP5 wile casting for mags. we also need to work w/ tanks to make sure they got the dodge/block/parry they need and make sure they are uncritable(490def. for prot war/pally, and 415def for druids specd into 3/3 survival of the fittest) druids need to also have 26k armor and 30%dodge when going into gruuls. prot wars need to have 16%dodge 17%parry and 20-25%block w/ around 13-14k armor and 12.5k HP unbuffed |

Excellent post. I guess im more of a casual type player and had no idea that my hit should be up around 200. Think im sitting at about 165-170 right now. Will have to work on getting that up a bit higher. Gives me things to look at as im levelling up my alts. Slnt |
