Given Name: Unknown
Other Names: Zephyr
Race: Half-Saiyan
Physical Age: 24
Actual Age: Unknown
Hair Color: Mid back length, Midnight blue.
Eye Color: Grey
Skin Complexion: Light tan
Alignment: True neutral
Body Type: She is 5'9" tall and weighs around 165 lbs. She has an athletic build making her well muscled and lean. She has a few old battle scars that are normally covered by clothing. A red and black tattoo can be seen on her right shoulder blade provided she is wearing a shirt with thin straps rather than sleeves. The tattoo appears to be of a tribal design of a phoenix. The only obvious sign of her Saiyan heritage is her long, midnight blue tail.

History:
Growing up, Zephyr was raised by her mother. The topic of her father was avoided, leaving where or what happened to him an unknown. But being the daughter of a half-saiyan, she was pushed from an early age to learn how to fight. She took to this surprisingly well.

She took so well to it that, rather than any thought of enlisting her into the military, she was considered for special ops. And before she even hit her teens, she was being trained in covert ops and assassination missions. And at the age of fourteen, she was sent out on her first actual mission and returned a professional killer.

Over the next couple years, she was sent out on numerous missions, though they began to take twists such as bringing her target back alive, rather than killing them. Regardless, her record was pretty good. But there would be a blemish on that record, though. When she was sixteen, she pursued one target to Earth, and it had… interesting results.

Exactly what happened, she doesn’t remember, but while tracking her target, she was ambushed. Presumably, it was somehow linked to the target—perhaps him, or associates. What she does remember is that she was left in a badly-beaten state, with numerous bruises, broken bones, and internal injuries. And to top it off, she was found by a local—a d**nably stubborn one too. Despite snapping, growling, and barking commands that he leave her be, the man persisted in trying to help her, and eventually, too tired, she relented.

At first, the company and healing efforts of the man drew her ire. It reminded her of her failure and that she couldn’t be independent, having to rely on a native on this backwater world to tend to her. But as the days passed, it began to bother her less and less. He was the only guy she’d met that was genuinely concerned about her well-being and that was giving her such attention. All the others either saw her as a rival, feared her, or wanted her dead—this one was so different.

Curiosity got the better of her, and she began to open up, exchanging names with him.. Ranmaru—an odd name. And why was a half-saiyan a native to this place? And, dammit all, despite herself, the care and attention was working its way through her exterior and into her. She was actually developing feelings for this earthling half-saiyan, much to her surprise.

Time, with his efforts, healed her quite well. And then it was time for her to return home—it was harder than she had imagined to tell him that she was leaving. But she did mention that she might return. And despite her efforts, she caught her body language hinting that her reluctance was because of her interest in him, but she had hoped he didn’t notice. And then he told her that he loved her—she immediately protested, but those dwindled under the kiss from him that followed. She just couldn’t fight it. And that one kiss led to another, and eventually to a night together.

She didn’t sleep that night, even after he fell asleep. She wasn’t upset at herself anymore for it happening, but instead, she was feeling the dread of the separation. There was no way she’d be able to leave if he tried to stop her, and she knew it. Leaving while he slept was her only option… She didn’t want to, but she had to.

While he slept, she crept from the cave and returned to her space pod, returning home. The reception for failure wasn’t a pleasant one. But that the mission had a bonus helped to make it better in her own mind.

Time passed, and she continued her assassin and hunting missions. But that one man who showed her real care stood out in her mind, in this life that she led. Eventually, she began to tire of the life she was leading—all hunts were essentially the same. She was able to convince her employers to grant her retirement, but then had to figure out what to do with all the time she now had.

The man that stood out in her mind only stood out more now, and curiosity began to get the better of her. She decided to return to that backwater planet and see what would come of it all. But inside, she questioned whether he’d even remember her. She decided to wait in the cave where they spent all the time together years ago. And much to her surprise, he came—he remembered. And more, it seems.

An offer to move in with him was something she couldn’t turn down. And that was just the beginning. A wedding soon followed. And then they moved to a small town for his work—no complaints there. It was much more quiet, and it was an ideal place where she could relax and enjoy the quiet life.
