Kel stands roughly five-foot nine-inches and weighs roughly 170lbs. He has a mildly muscular form, leaving him chiseled but not overly muscular. In human terms, one would consider him to be flawless and perhaps near-perfect in features.

History:
"476, report!" The scouter beeped at its wearer. The wearer didn't respond, however. Hewas looking down at what remained of his friend, 449. The body had been sliced open in the gut, enough that internal organs should have been exposed. Instead, all that was there was a series of advanced computer fibers and microprocessors clustered together to function as organs. As he stared down at, what he was beginning to understand to be a machine, it slowly dawned on him. The project--Cybernetically Enhanced Human--it was a lie. They had said it would be implants designed to enhance functions. Instead, they turned all of them into machines. It was blasphemy. It was wrong. It was a lie.

"476, you are ordered to report!" The scouter beeped at him again. The voice on the other end was growing annoyed at his lack of response. Lifting a hand, he yanked the scouter
from his face and dropped it to the ground, crushing it beneath his boot. "Why?" He didn't understand it. "Why did they do it?" The thought of reporting this to the senior military office came to mind. That was quickly dismissed, though. He was a walking heresey. By being a machine, he was immortal, on the level of the Emperor. For that alone, he would be killed, even though those who did this would as well.

The sound of others drawing closer to his position began to echo through the trees. "Damn. They must be checking on my lack of reporting." Confused, angry, and even somewhat
frightened, he took off in a run, heading away from those that were approaching. But he knew they would follow, eventually. He knew they would come for him after they inspected 449. As he ran through the trees, it all seemed to make so much sense now. This explained why he never got tired while training; why he always seemed to have the energy to push further even though he should have been dead tired. Eventually, the trees parted at a road. And luck presented an opportunity that he couldn't pass up.

A civilian was passing by in a car. His training taught him to protect civilians, but at the moment, he didn't care. As he stepped in front of the car, the driver hit the brakes hard.
And in a split second, he had opened the door, pulled the driver from within, and was seated behind the wheel, driving off. He couldn't help but glance at the temperature gauge. 21
degrees Celsius. "Celsius. I can't go by 476 any longer. And it should do for a name: Kelsius."

It still wouldn't leave his mind. "How could the Holy Storm allow it? And the Handmaidens. I saw them with the commanders. They must know. But I can't fathom it. Heresey
at the absolutely most loyal levels." It rolled over and over in his mind while he was driving. He didn't even pay much attention to where the road was taking him, so long as he
stayed on the road. Fate, it seems, would want him to survive.

The road guided him toward one of the larger cities in the Province of Cordial. He abandoned the car in an alley, taking what zeni there was inside, and hurried to an internet kiosk.
His training was beginning to kick in again, and he knew that they would soon be following him. It took some time, and effort to conceal what he was doing, but he was able to hack
into the CEH database and change his information. Ironic, the organization he had sworn to protect was the one he was now at odds with.

With the zeni he took from the car, he purchased transport to Haven Station. There, he knew he would be safe from the searches of CEH. Cordial had no authority over the station, and he knew it. He also knew that another encounter with CEH was inevitable. In desire to survive, he began training using the station's systems. And in his down time, he began research into just what was going on.
