Hey guys, there's a little thing that's been bugging me about IE and I'm hoping someone can help me out; I know that FF has an option to turn off "remember what I've typed in the search bar" but IE doesn't as far as I know. That Google bar is getting cluttered and I want to erase all the things that have been searched. Anyone has any idea how? (and no, I'm not trying to erase something suspicious that I've typed in there  I'm just a neat freak...)

Hi Janny, there's a History Clearance facility under Tools>Internet Options. Hang on, here is a better demonstration so you can see yourself what will happen and read on the "Ask Leo" site! http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_delete_history_items_from_my_google_tool_bar.html This should solve your problem but if you clear cookies you'll need to remember all your forum and website log-in details so it might be handy to note them down somewhere safe!
