Thank you so much for your suggestions

I will check the flash player and see that ive got the updated versions

am using a vista system but on my old xp it did work so its been confusing trying to sort it when im using a system thats fault free. Think im lacking an update or somthing

you been great though Ruum.

Thank Ruum for the link, will go through all on there as one of them on there must be the anwser, all the volumes on the players are on full so it must somthing else. Just installed the latest Adobe Flash Player 10 so i try that 1st
