While I was stationed in Hannover Germany our quarters were on the top floor above the Thalia Theatre. I shared the room with about 15 other servicemen .
One night my body rose from my bunk and floated down the centre of the room and I distinctly remember looking down as I recognised everyone as I passed over them . This was not a dream.

Wow, what an experience! Did anyone else see you? Did you report the incident? Was the Thalia Theatre known to be haunted?

BTW, I closed the duplicate topic.

There were a few ghosts reported in the theatre section, but if I had reported this one they would have thought I may have had one too many schnapps.

Or sent me "NACH BERLIN" as the German song suggests.

Btw the theatre was most famous for its "OOMPAH OOMPAH" music.

PS Don't tell anyone but we used to sneak in 'thru
the emergency exit which was also on our floor
on Sunday afternoons lol
Shhhhh keep it dark

*lips sealed...*

Did you feel like you were lifted up or was it just a weightless feeling?

Bella: You're kidnapping me, aren't you?
Alice: Sorry, he paid me.
Bella: How much?
Alice: The Porsche. It's exactly the one I stole in Italy.

This sounds very much like an outer body experience.

I've had one before and the room I was in was not my bedroom. It was my boyfriend's parents' living room and whats more, I was sat on the two arms of two chairs that were next to eachother. I could see the burning embers of the fire and lots of other things in the room. The room had greater spacial awareness than my tiny bedroom and I was unable to move for quite a time when I returned to my own body.

It was not a dream either so I do believe you Peter!

Wow. Interesting. Were you able to see yourself, Lo, or was it just the surroundings you could sense?

It was very dimly lit, Sing, from the dying coal embers but yes, I definitely recall seeing a vase full of Peacock feathers which were slightly illuminated from the light of the fire.

Again, I was not lying down (like my body was in reality), but sat on two hard arms of two armchairs pushed together - quite different to the sensation of lying down on a soft mattress. It took me several seconds to "rejoin" my physical body, after which I shot up in somewhat of a bewildered panic!
