On a ship at sea, with the target bobbing around like that. Yikes Props to the Navy Seal unit that did the job right. Barrack Obama has passed his first test.

Professional Wandering Songstress Posts: 186 Group: Members Member #59 Joined: 10 January 2009	I was pretty amazed at how Obama handled the situation. It wasn't the onslaught of constant reports. He just reported before and after the situation. It was just perfectly executed! Those Navy seals were precise, too! Only three shots - right on target and they fired almost simultaneously. Scary and yet cool at the same time...

You're right. Lots of this info doesn't make the news these days! People need to know the truth. After all, people should have freedom of speech.

Sergeant Posts: 300 Group: Members Member #43 Joined: 29 November 2008	This was very well done, top marks to the guys that did it. It's a nice turn of events for the region in my opinion as so many times before the shipping companys negotiated ransoms for captured ships and crew. With the other pirates captured that tried to capture a German Navy fuel tanker with a 12 man protection crew onboard with the aid of a Greek destroyer mabee it's a bit of a turning point for the region.
