Sorry I have not answered sooner but I just got to where I am able to poat a little more.
As for putting up your pic let me see if I can figure it out enough to give you instruction on how to do it.

Ok here goes:
Go to th top of the page to where it says Preferences.
Click on that.
When it drops down then click on change avatar.
Under Profile Options click on Change Avatar.
Upload the one you want thru Browse.

Hope you can get it from that way
