I remember it in the TV news, one of the young women who lived on his street said something like "I worked late but I always felt safe walking home when he was working in his garage at night."   Edited by BLOWHARD, 5 Feb 2009, 02:46 AM.

Hi there, I just had to add this story: Friends of our family lived near Joel Rifkin when he was a child. My friend's brothers were actually friendly with Joel Rifkin and played together as kids. "His mom was nice" I have been told. |
