I went to the cinema a while back and noticed that in the next row there was a guy sitting there with his dog. It was one of those happy-sad films and I noticed that in the happy part the dog was laughing hysterically and when it was sad he was really sobbing. At the end of the film, I couldn't resist going up to this guy. I said: "I noticed your dog during that film and couldn't get over the way he was laughing at the funny bits and really upset at the sad bits. It's just amazing." "Yes," said the guy. "I thought it was amazing too. He hated the book." |
