Welcome to the Whistle Stop Cyber Cafe! Whereby members are welcome to express their views on the boards, managers reserve the right to delete posts that are deemed to be offensive to others and terminate memberships. This includes outright racism, offensive language and personal attacks upon other members either on this platform or elsewhere. Whereby the perportrator is found to be blatantly harrassing staff or members of this site on other sites with malicious intent, management of TWSCC reserve the right to cancel their membership of the Cafe at their discretion. The infringement of these rules will, where warranted, be dealt with by a warning. Continual flouting of the rules or in cases where harrassment has been noted, a ban may be issued without warning. Opinions expressed on the site message boards do not necessarily reflect those of the management. Please do NOT post links to other forums without prior permission from the managers. Links to adult entertainment (jokes and media clips) must be posted in the Jokes page and are subject to removal if the content is deemed overly offensive. Links that lead to such sites as dating and pronography will be removed along with the member responsible without prior warning. This is not a dating site. Thank you for your co-operation.
