As you can see, there is no section for off-topic. That especially means that you should not go off-topic in any of the forums. I won't be too strict upon it, but will not tolerate so much.

Typical rules apply:
-No flaming, trolling, spam, abuse of any kind, posting NSFW and unwanted content.
-No politics, off-topic and religious talk.
-Don't break the forum layout.
-New topics must have value and reason behind it. Don't make a topic if you think you might find the answer within the next ten minutes.
-Make an introduction topic and... introduce yourselves! Then begin posting. Action shall be taken if this rule isn't followed.
-Before asking questions, SEARCH THE FORUM.
-Posting in the wrong section will result in trashing the topic. Perhaps you should have read carefully.
-In each sub forum, see if there are announcements, and read them to make sure you're not posting duplicate content.
-Do not get into a topic and hijack it (ie go offtopic) to a certain degree.
-Do not ask about the Market sub-forum. It is private and I decide who should go in and who shouldn't, based on trust and user activity monitoring.
-The only easy minimum requirements for entering the market are:
1) You must have at least 200 posts. THIS DOESN'T MEAN TO SPAM THE FORUM! Doing this results in deleting your posts, and actually penalizing your post count, based on the level of abuse.
2) You don't have more than 2 topics trashed within the past 2 months.
3) You must have been a member for over 4 months.
4) An exceptional criterion decided by me.
-Do not abuse forum utilities and features, such as the text editor and quoting.
-All help concerning technical issues and in-game strategies will go in the help forum. NOT in the games discussion.
-Before posting new cheats in the cheats section, check the announcement to see if that cheat isn't already posted.
-In this forum, speak English and English ONLY. Use a web translator if necessary.
-Want to be a mod? Typical requirements apply. I already have someone in mind, he probably will be a mod. You must have absolutely no black mark on your account and must have been registered for a while.
-If you receive abuse from private messaging, don't hesitate to let me know. Same with forum posts.

Making topics:
-In the games discussion, include the game name (and system name abbreviated if applicable) and what your topic is on.
-Cheats section, include the game name (and system name abbreviated if applicable) and post the name of the cheat (ex: 30 lives).
-Game Help section, include the game name (and system name abbreviated if applicable) and put the question in.
-No retarded content in the title, such as all caps or too much leetspeak.
-In the Trivia/Contra cameos section, DO NOT post topics about how the konami code appears in other game/movie/other media. Contra isn't the only game that uses the Konami Code, so this "trivia" cannot apply.
-Be clear in your posts. If not, I cannot answer them and if nobody else will, you should edit the post and add more info.
-I'm Admin, I can modify your posts or such.

Have fun :)
