THE WACHOVIA CENTER:

The Wachovia Center, formerly known as the CoreStates Center and the First Union Center, is an indoor arena located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is the home arena of the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL, Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA, and the Philadelphia Wings of the NLL. The arena was completed in 1996 on what was once the site of John F. Kennedy Stadium at a cost of $206 million, largely privately financed (though the city and state helped to pay for the local infrastructure). The building lies at the southwest corner of the South Philadelphia sports complex, which includes Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and the Wachovia Spectrum, its predecessor as home to the Flyers, 76ers, and Wings.

The Wachovia Center has held numerous concerts of big-name stars such as Aerosmith, Christina Aguilera, David Bowie, Beyonce, Bon Jovi, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Mariah Carey, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Coldplay, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Miley Cyrus, Dave Matthews Band, Neil Diamond, Celine Dion, The Eagles, Genesis, Green Day, Jay-Z, Billy Joel, Elton John, KISS, Avril Lavigne, Madonna, Barry Manilow, Paul McCartney, Metallica, Stevie Nicks, Pearl Jam, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, The Police, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Rush, Simon & Garfunkel, Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Bruce Springsteen, Gwen Stefani, Barbra Streisand, Justin Timberlake, U2, Van Halen, Roger Waters, The Who, and Stevie Wonder, among others.

On December 6, 2002, heavy metal band Guns N' Roses were scheduled to perform there on their Chinese Democracy Tour. The opening bands (CKY, Mixmaster Mike) went on to perform as usual, but the main act, Guns N' Roses, never showed up, fusing a riot in the arena and causing thousands of dollars in damage. No reason was ever given for the no-show of Guns N' Roses, other than the public announcer of the building citing that one of the band members was sick.

There are exhibit centers around the venue - Concerts & Family Shows - Artifacts and historic entertainment and family show images in full color line the wall of this exhibit. Interactive kiosks move you through historic concert footage, upcoming events and services for the Wachovia Center Complex. Located at the 11th Street north side of the Main Concourse.

SETLIST:

Taylors turn. He came through the crowd and I couldnt locate him. He was on my right and came down the isle and then through the middle and then down to the middle stage. It was awesome. He had a million and one people around him to protect him too lol.

I really liked Taylor's songs that he sung. I really enjoyed Do I make You Proud! I just got chils when he sung that. I liked Taking it to the streets as well. He was nuts for that song. He danced up a storm and played the harmonica and all. He was good live. I heard however, that during meet and greets and backstage he was bored and to himself and really rude. I dont know how true that was lol.

The group songs were cute too and they ended with a bang and Ace jumping off the stage not into the crowd but on the stage itself lol. Also, Taylor, Kellie, Paris, Chris, and Bucky walked down on the floor and touched hands of all of the fans in the front row. Elliott got a shirt and a letter was attached to it and Taylor got thrown a Phillies hat and he wore it for like a second and Ace threw two beanies out to the crowd and Bucky threw his hat to the crowd too lol. Well thats my long review. It was awesome. I reccommend you all to see it lol.
