Hi, y'all. This comes from soutime at the NFF site. Hopefully it is okay to post here: This was from Jason and Melissa on the BB. Since they are looking for help I didn't thing they would mind if I lifted it. Did you all know about this , because I didn't. (Kat's note: Neither did I.) Most of you probably already know that Taylor has a new fan page on Reverbnation.com http://www.reverbnation.com/taylorhicks This site ranks artists by genre and region. The more fans you have, the higher up the charts you go... Taylor is listed as #5 on the Pop charts for Birmingham currently. If you are not a fan, sign up and become a fan so Taylor will move up the charts Also.....Rick Carter has 3 band fansites listed under the Rock category for Birmingham. Please become a fan of his sites as well... -Rollin In The Hay -Frankie Velvet -Telluride (Make sure you become a fan of the Original Birmingham Telluride... not the imposters from Nashville...that is another story...) We are trying to get all 3 of Rick's bands in the top 10 of the Rock category... (his status does not affect Taylor's because of the different genre). Currently Hay stands at #3, Telluride at #6 and Frankie Velvet at #25. (John Kulinich & Leif Bondarenko are members of Frankie Velvet) Please help Taylor and all our BAMA boys move up the charts! |

Well, if this is not proof positive that I don't catch half of what goes down in this fan base, this will prove it. tish just informed me that this site's been around for the past two years. Duh on me. Once again. In case we have any more Duh on Me's out there :-), now you have the info too. |

Duh on you Kaitlin ....................lol I am a member. I don't think it is a Taylor initiated site, but it looks ok................ The website is rather obscure, but maybe it is me that is obscure. I don't remember ever going there except once or twice. It's not on my favorite places list. ( maybe it should be) LOL Thanks . |

I actually joined ReverbNation in 2008 and I really think that I joined it to follow Taylor's site there, but then I believe his site there got revamped when he hired the person that is doing his web sites now because it looks like his Ning site and MySpace site. Also, I have an e-mail from the site showing that I joined Taylor's page in Jan. 2010. Like I said, I think it was there before but just redone in Jan. Anyway, I don't go there a lot. Right now there is only one song on Taylor's site, Seven Mile Breakdown. |
