When I received that answer back for the gal at My Rocket Science she said Taylor's single vid would be available at video outlets everywhere. What are video outlets? I know I'm just learning but the only place I see music vids is on CMT. Help, please? Ü

That's a good question, Medolark. I don't have the answer, but I will try to find out.
Thanks for bringing this up. We all want to see it...but how and where? I'm thinking that it will find us...at least, I hope so.

1.
Youtube is a video outlet as is imeem and vimeo etc. Any place where videos can be shared .
uncutvideo.aol
video.search.yahoo
myspace create video for your space

dailymotion
ifilm
bliptv
video.google

livevideo
ilike
wizardradio internet radio
videogully
itunes
Amazon has a downloading feature

There are others that Rocket Science and 101 distribution can use to house Taylor's single.

---------------------------
2.

Video outlets can also mean retail establishments that sell video. But since "What's Right is Right" is not a video, I am guessing Rocket Science means answer # 1 .

mouser - but it will be a video, right? So you mean that his promoters actually put the video out there on those sites to sell the single or the cd? Ü

Itunes, Amazon.com can carry the audio .
Itunes also carries video , Will.I.Am, Linkin, etc. do also

I don't think this video is for sale. I really don't know if it is or not.

If not it could be placed on any of the outlets mentioned in an earlier post for viewing.

1. The CD ( The Distance ) will just be placed at whatever retail outlet(s) that the distributor feels will sell it best.

2. The single audio will be at the audio outlets mainly itunes ( as stated by A2M )

3. The single video, I don't think is for sale, just viewing , perhaps used for advertising .

I am not an expert or even well versed in this but from the reading I have done, this is my impression of how it will work.
