A phone is likely more convenient for a lot of people, and it's easier to whip out and snap a pic. But if given a choice I'd choose a camera, better quality, more options etc. etc. Camera would win hands down. |

Cellphone picture quality is garbage. when im taking a picture its because Im seeing a neet pose. or a Texture that I can use or something to that nature. Cellphones dont do well for that kind of use. |

a HP digital camera.... don't remember model or version. I have a Olympus Camera... but the flash don't work. Also, the Hp is smaller, so it's more practical. My cellphone is an old sonyericsson only with 15 mb memory...

Cameras are fully designed to take pictures, and they take much better ones. They're good for vacations and such. But if you're in a hurry, then a cell phone is the best choice. |

Normally, when I want to take a picture of something random, I don't usually have a camera in my pocket. I do however have a 3.2 MP (sucks, I know) mobile so I use that.

cameras are made to take pics and cameras on phones are only accessories so they aren't as good |

I use my camera all the time. If we have friends round the camera comes out and I snap loads of random pictures. On a 2 week holiday I probably take at least 500 pics, I'm just always clicking away which can give some surprisingly excellent results. |

cellphones are horrible quality, but they are easily to carry around than a bulky camera |
