For one, im not sure about IF, the CSS is a little different.

With the JS here, it doesnt come with script tags attached, and I figure they go in the footer.
Heres what you need for the javascript:

Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function() {
$(".test").hrzAccordion(
{eventTrigger:"mouseover",
openOnLoad:"",
cycle: true
});

$(".test4").hrzAccordion(
{eventTrigger: "mouseover",
openOnLoad : "2",
handlePositionArray : "left,left,right,right,right"
});

$(".test2").hrzAccordion(
{handlePosition : "right",
openOnLoad : 5,
closeOpenAnimation : 2
});

$(".test3").hrzAccordion(
{containerClass : "container3",
listItemClass : "listItem3",
contentWrapper : "contentWrapper3",
contentInnerWrapper: "contentInnerWrapper3",
handleClass : "handle3",
handleClassOver : "handleOver3",
handleClassSelected: "handleSelected3"
});

});
</script>

The CSS also doesnt matchup with the ID's you use in the HTML, give me some time to tinker with it.

I think i understand now.
Somehow you have to upload that plugin to your board, which I have no Idea how to do.

Its possible this code may need to be remade to work for IF, let me PM a Coding Staff.
