I am a member on a few VB forums, and they have some Universal Announcements. I was just wondering if we can do the same on ZB?

Also, on VB, they have an option where admins make members read announcements before going on with their day to day posting, can we do that on ZB?

EDIT: sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, i just dont like ZB official support that much anymore :p.

I know Zetaboards has a built-in Universal Announcement feature, but I can't seem to find it right now. Let's see if anyone else has this info.

As for your second request, I actually like it. I had an idea of creating some sort of widget that would appear on ZBCode everyday they came, but I thought it would be a bit annoying. But now that I think about it, you could set it up so that it appears only when you want it for some big announcement or something.

I actually like that idea and might even implement it here on ZBCode, as for the possibility of creating something like that, I'm sure our coding staff can do it. Just wait until 10 posts then post the code request with as much detail as you could give them to work with.

Well you can just stick something in "Above the board" which would be sort of like a universal announcement. Not quite sure what you mean by "universal announcement".
