How do I slow it down just a little like where it says Envy News. Can any onetell me please. :)

Find this line: <marquee onmouseover="this.stop()" onmouseout="this.start()" direction="up"> and change it to

<marquee onmouseover="this.stop()" onmouseout="this.start()" direction="up" scrollamount="5">
Change the 5 to whatever you want. That represents the speed. The lower the number is, the slower.
