Does anyone here have some ideas for some neat codes? I'm looking for the next "big project"...

A code that displayed a link to "All" pages next to the thread's page numbers would be cool. Basically, a user would click "All" and view the entire thread. I also like the idea of a makeshift blog directory; something that grabs a board's blogs and lists them. I don't know if it's feasible. Maybe a code that could be placed on a page created by the website maker and linked in the submenu. |

I just worked a little while on that.. tested my AJAX knowledge a bit and I learned some things too. ![]() Some very complicated stuff going on there, unfortunately, though. I'm not sure I should release the script.. it is a lot of stuff to load. Basically it would have to load every other page in the topic... so if you had 30 pages, it would be loading 29 of those pages (since you are already on 1 of them) and then waiting to display them.

I would like to see a working version of a topic preview on mouse-over. I can't re-call where I seen it, but basically it would show the latest post whenever you put your cursor over the topic

that would eat up Ad credits and highly suggest not using a code like that. |

Yeah that's why I'm probably not going to release the view full topic script.. although I did get it to work. I have a preview script made as well but it has some bugs. edit: and I just fixed those bugs.

A Code that allows a user/member to organize the forum list on the index page without messing up another user's specific forum list prefs would be nice. |
