I dont see the point of this code why would you want to disable that? if anything i would make it harder to change your password not just disable it because some times people really do forget there password.

Negative; try this:

prmembers[3]="#4";
Also, those are the wrong member numbers; you want the ones from the end of their profile url, like this:
http://zbcode.com/profile/190795/

So for example:

This code is useful (as I see it) particularly for NPC accounts. In my RP site, we have a specific account used for interactions in a certain group.

Also, it is good for any sort of general-use NPC, to stop people from messing with the password and the account itself.
