Could that be made?

Not requesting, just asking.

Yes; it can be made in jQuery.

Want to know why? Because drop down menus can be made without JavaScript. So if you want to include JavaScript, it's easy. Just have it output the HTML and CSS for it. :lol:

I don't believe he means <select>, I think he means something more of a mouseover type thing. You know, where you mouseover and a menu slides down, and so on.

Not sure if that can be made using HTML/CSS... regardless it would require some JavaScript if I'm not mistaken.

I actually just used this to complete a freelancing job a couple of weeks ago. It worked out really well. Go check it out :)

Yeah you don't need any client side scripting to create a drop down menu, though he speaks of a jQuery drop menu. Maybe you mean something like this:

Code:

<span onmouseover='$("#secksi").slideDown();' onmouseout='$("#secksi").slideUp();'>Hover over me to reveal something yo!</span><br /><div id="secksi" style="display:none;">This is the stuff dude.<br />Yeah, another line...<br />Wow I'm secksi!</div>

Yeah something like that accept you can click on the stuff that drops down.

I was asking because I wanted to know if this could be converted to JQuery.

I already answered this on the second post of this topic. If that's not what you're looking for, please be more specific.
