Posts: 22 Group: Members Member #5 Joined: Oct 27, 2008	If Iverson signs start him. Make Gordon come of the pine. Iverson is a better scorer, and demands more respect from the defense of other teams. He could also play point. Just in case B.Davis gets hurt. Why sign a superstar and then have him come off the pine playin 22 minutes a game? He'll jus complain by the 5th game of the season.

Do not even get Iverson if it puts a crimp on Gordon. As much as I like a AI + BD combo I am not so sure they are yound enough to be what we all expect them to be..... not to mention do they get along? Anyone have a thought on that?

Posts: 22 Group: Members Member #5 Joined: Oct 27, 2008	I agree Crush, I wouldnt like Gordon coming off the bench, but he's younger and would more ready to accept a role like that quicker than A.I. would. Now from what I hear A.I. would luv to play with Baron and I think they would get along fine. But Iverson has a big EGO also and just wouldn't be ready to come off the pine. He didnt accept it in Detroit with a team that could win so I really dont think he would accept it here with a young team like the Clippers. If he can he would be the best 6th man in the NBA and still get close to 30 minutes a game. But with A.I. I wont see it until I believe it. But hey at least the Clippers are trying something in Free agency. Its not everyday that a player of that caliber is trying to play with our squad in L.A.!!

I know for a fact that every game AI has ever played here as a roadie the stands are packed with wooooo-ing girls and hard core baller boyz........ AI brings in the peepz and the Clips have many seats to pack.

Posts: 118 Group: Members Member #10 Joined: Oct 29, 2008	I'd never support stuntin EJ's growth just to boost ticket sales and game attendance. A.I. is on the other side of 30 so he should accept his reserve role like a MAN and do his very best to play healthy for a full season.
