Fennella nodded, "Could be," she agreed and then moved closer when the boy spoke.

The boy nodded and then frowned, "I..." he frowned more, "I don't know," he said in an odd sounding voice. "I don't remember going there." He hadn't gone there. He'd been left there though he'd not remember that either nor who'd done so. He'd been left there with the sole intent of ending his life. His step mother hadn't like the constant reminders of her husband's first love constantly in her presence and she'd ordered him to be taken far from their home to wherever the one she'd hired desired and then he was to be left to die. The man she hired was not to kill the boy but merely leave him in a place he was sure to die on his own.

Graham sat up and looked at his hands and flexed them a bit, "None of this looks familiar to me..." he said of the building and the women, "Who are you?"

Fennella looked at him and realized he was completely disoriented, "I am Fennella," she said, "I found you in the snow near my lab."

Kahlan smiled slightly. "I am Healer Kahlan," she introduced herself quietly after listening to his story. She offered the woman and boy a breif smile before moving away momentarily to speak with one of her Healer Assistants. After a breif conversation she stepped back. "I have send for Captain Defender Knight," she explained.

Fennella didn't like how this was going. She looked at the boy, "Do you know your name?" she asked, "Where you are from?" she figured if his mind was harmed they were going to have great difficulty finding who he bleonged to and with. She smiled though, "You are safe here. And if we cannot find your family you are welcome to stay with me...not that such a thing is any real blessing but I have a cottage and it is warm."

The boy looked at her, "Thank you for rescuing me," He said and then looking from Kahlan to Fennella and back he frowned, "My Father is Duggan Singer and I am Graham." He frowned a bit. "My father...married...and we moved..." he looked confused and frowned deeply, "We used to live ... in Ambisula..." He looked down at his hands and frowned, "When they married...I can't remember her name...we moved...it was warm there...green..." He sighed and looked back up, "I don't remember...my head hurts.."

Kahlan
Kahlan checked him over. "Don't worry about it right now. Just rest for now. Let your mind relax," she soothed the boy.

Castiel was learning that Ambisula was probably the best place on the entire planet where Zac was less likely to meddle in his affairs. Also, setting up the same policing force the other countries was not too difficult. The Icestorme boys were easy to deal with and were willing to give him his head. As a whole, crime was not high. With people living in domes mostly, getting away with things was not easy. But the nature of the beast was what it was and people still tried. When a servant from the Healing Dome fetched him and quickly explained the situation, he made his way from the central dome to the passage to the healing dome, wondering if he had a mystery on his hands. Breifly he contacted his wife and filled her in on where he'd be if she needed him for anything. He was also beginning to see that pregnancy made some women a little crazy.

Fennella smiled and rested her hand on the boy's shoulder, "I am sure she is right," she said gently, "Rest will make a difference." Almost freezing to death probably took a HUGE tole on a body so she could see the reasoning behind the suggestion bot to mention the boy seemed to be upsetting himself. She didn't want things to get worse. She wanted him to remember. She was piecing things together though and she was wondering what had been done to the boy. Maybe someone had given him a plant extract to make him forget. She was a botanist. She knew such things existed.

Graham shook his head, "I am not tired," he said without any emotion whatsoever, "I want to remember."

Kahlan
Kahlan put a soothing hand on the boys forehead. "You will, sweety. Just give it some time," she told him. She looked up when she saw Castiel headed there way. Harmony was one lucky woman in her opinion. She went to him and breifed him on the situation.

Cas listened to Kahlan's explaination of things then entered the room. He smiled at Fennella and gestured her to step away from boy so he could get her full story before speaking to him.

Fennella smiled at Graham, "be right back," she said, "Relax...if you try too hard it will only makes things more difficult."

She moved over to where the captain was and smiled, "I am Fennella," she said as she offered her hand in greeting. "I imagine you have questions for me." She released his hand and glanced back at Graham. "I wish I could be more helpful than I will be for his sake." she said as she turned back to look at him, "I was going from my lab to get water...I have a magically created well...anyway that is neither here nor there...and I found him lying in the snow exactly as you see him. No coat or shoes...he was not completely blue but close to it. I carried him here as quickly as I could but he seems to be suffering memory loss...of a kind.." She frowned, "He was most likely drugged...I know of plants that can cause losses to short term memory without affecting long term...." She looked oddly speculative for a moment. "He did say his father recently married and moved them to a warm place...there would definitely have been plants in such a place to make him forget who did this to him." She met his eyes then, "I think whoever did this meant for him to die...."

She looked back over at him and then back to the captain. "I am willing to have him stay with me once he's well enough to leave here until family can be located. He's trying to remember where they moved to but that seems to be fairly recent and it's blocked or gone...I could try to make something...to help him remember..." she offered. It may not work but she could try if the plants she required were available.

Cas listened to what the woman had to say and made notes. "That might not be such a good idea," he stated. "If as you suspect he was left there intentionally, then whoever did it will know the last place he was if they decided to make sure," he explained. "I'll have Healer Stonebreaker here take a blood sample to analysis," he said. He moved to the boy and offered a smile. "Hello, there. My name is Cas," he introduced himself.
